If you want to know how loyal your customers are and would they recommend you, you can find that through the integrated NPS form in our system.

It is very important to know your NPS rate and compare yourself to companies in the same field in the world.

To do this, you need to ask: How likely is that you would recommend this company to a friend or colleague?

Based on the answers received, a globally recognized NPS score is calculated.

Depending on the answer to the question, customers are divided into 3 groups:
Detractors: 0-6 points.
Passives: 7-8 points.
Promoters: 9-10 points.

The formula of Net Promoter Score =
(Promoters-Detractors ) / Respondents * 100

If you want to find out Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS), you need to ask: How likely are you to recommend working at this company to a friend or colleague?

CSAT – Customer Satisfaction Score

Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) is a commonly used metric that measures a customer’s level of satisfaction with a company’s products or services. It’s usually expressed as a percentage and is calculated by asking customers to rate their level of satisfaction with a recent interaction or experience on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the highest score.

For example, if a customer is asked to rate their satisfaction with a recent purchase on a scale of 1 to 5, and they respond with a 5, that would be counted as 100% satisfaction. If 100 customers respond to the same question and 80 of them respond with a 5, the company’s CSAT score would be 80%.

CSAT is used by companies as a way to gauge the effectiveness of their customer service efforts, identify areas for improvement, and track progress over time. A high CSAT score indicates that customers are generally happy with the company’s products or services, while a low score can signal the need for changes to better meet customer needs and expectations.

If you want to get feedback about your employees work, you can create employees list in our system. Each employee will have its own feedback report. We charge this feature as 1 device up to 50 employees. Contact us to find out more.

How to install app?

Android: You will receive packaged app, which you will download straight to tablet and install it.
Apple: Check Apexcount People Feedback app in Apple store

-It will show unique code on screen, and in our cloud system you will add TABLET with this code.
-Then you will need to create desirable form and assign it to added TABLET.
-And form on a TABLET will be live.

Can I see combined statistics of all my locations?

Yes you can see combined statistics, also individual statistics of locations and you can compare them.  

Where is data saved?

On a tablet and in the Cloud.

What happens if there is no WIFI?

It will save answers on TABLET and when there is WIFI active again, cloud system will receive data.
